1. Order Processing Time
All orders received by AERTHIN will be processed and verified within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays in Hong Kong, and international statutory holidays). During peak shopping seasons, promotional periods, or inventory adjustment periods, order processing may be slightly delayed for 1–2 business days.
Once your order is confirmed, payment is verified, and goods are packed and inspected, we will arrange shipment immediately. Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with detailed logistics information after the order is dispatched. Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or changed in shipping address after processing is completed.
2. Shipping Countries & Regions
AERTHIN provides international shipping services to most mainstream countries and regions worldwide. Our available shipping destinations include but are not limited to North America, Europe, Oceania, Southeast Asia, and Middle East regions.
We do not ship to regions restricted by international trade sanctions, embargoed countries, or areas with unstable logistics and customs clearance conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order to unsupported or high-risk shipping destinations without prior notice.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm whether the local customs, laws, and regulations of the destination country allow the import of ordered products. AERTHIN shall not be held responsible for package detention, return, or confiscation caused by local import restrictions.
3. Shipping Methods
AERTHIN adopts standard international cross-border shipping for all valid orders. We cooperate with formal international logistics carriers and cross-border freight service providers to ensure stable and safe package transportation.
All packages are delivered via professional cross-border logistics channels, including international air freight and standard postal shipping services. We do not provide express overnight shipping, 2-day fast delivery, or customized urgent shipping services. All shipments follow unified standard shipping arrangements.
4. Delivery Timeframe (Shipping Lead Time)
The official and standard delivery time for all orders is 7–15 business days after dispatch. This delivery cycle covers international transportation, customs clearance inspection, and local last-mile delivery procedures.
Please note that the 7–15 days delivery time is an estimated standard timeframe. Actual delivery time may be affected by objective factors including but not limited to customs clearance efficiency, local postal operation status, weather conditions, regional logistics pressure, and unexpected public events. Slight delays in individual orders are normal in international cross-border shipping.
We do not guarantee fixed delivery dates and will not compensate for normal slight delays within the standard cross-border logistics scope.
5. Shipping Fee Calculation Rules
Shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on product weight, package volume, shipping destination, and international logistics cost standards. The accurate shipping cost will be automatically displayed on the checkout page before order payment, and no hidden fees will be charged additionally.
All displayed shipping fees only cover international logistics and delivery charges. Any import duties, customs taxes, value-added taxes, clearance fees, and local handling fees imposed by the destination country’s customs or government authorities shall be borne solely by the customer.
For orders with free shipping promotional activities, the free shipping rule is subject to the real-time activity rules displayed on the website checkout page. Free shipping only applies to standard international shipping services, and no cash rebate or replacement service will be provided.
6. Order Tracking Method
After your order is successfully dispatched, our system will automatically send a shipment confirmation email to your reserved email address (admin@aerthin.com is our official sending mailbox). The email will include your unique order tracking number and official tracking link.
Customers can query the real-time logistics status of the package through the official logistics tracking website with the tracking number. Logistics tracking information will be updated synchronously within 24–48 hours after shipment due to international data transmission delay.
If you cannot query the logistics information normally for more than 48 hours, or the package logistics status is abnormal, you can contact our official customer service via email or phone for verification and assistance.
7. Supplementary Provisions
This Shipping Policy is an integral part of the website Terms of Service. All shipping behaviors shall comply with the provisions of our Terms of Service. AERTHIN reserves the right to update and adjust the shipping rules, freight standards, and service scope according to business and logistics arrangement changes. The updated policy will take effect immediately after being published on the official website.
